A few days after I went back to Iloilo from Manila, our company asked me to go to Cebu to attend our workshop. I stayed there for about four days, a few sleeps before the Sinulog Festival. Yes, I missed the Sinulog because I had to go back to Iloilo for work. But I was able to catch a glimpse of the Cebuanos' preparation for the festival and how the tourists started to multiply by the hour to join the week-long festivity.
